To cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice if you're unable to keep your appointment.
If you fail to confirm your appointment via text confirmation or email confirmation, or cancel within the 24-hour window - Madison Danielle Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel and charge the full amount of the appointment.
If full payment is not received, you must pay the invoice prior to booking another appointment at Madison Danielle Aesthetics.

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will unfortunately be billed a late fee and we will have to reschedule your appointment and charge the full cost of service.

If you fail to pay your cancellation and/or late fee, you will not be able to book another appointment at Madison Danielle Aesthetics until the balance is paid in full.

Please let us know 12-24 hours in advance if you're sick and unable to make your scheduled appointment. If it is last minute, we unfortunately will have to charge you 50% of your appointment cost.

All first time clients must book a "Consultation & Treatment" - At Madison Danielle Aesthetics your skin health is our top priority as well as helping you achieve what you desire through receiving aesthetic treatment. That's why it's crucial to do a consultation prior, so that we can develop a plan tailored to your budget as well as your goals.

At Madison Danielle Aesthetics we recommend you wait at least 2 weeks after receiving botox or filler to avoid any complications.
